Peer-Review Process & Notification
Peer reviewers play a crucial role in ensuring your manuscript aligns with the conference scope and IEEE standards! Before the formal peer-review process begins, all submissions undergo prescreening. Any papers that do not meet the conference scope and format requirements will be excluded. Accepted manuscripts then undergo rigorous evaluation based on criteria such as originality, technical content, research depth, relevance, contribution, and English readability. Papers needing improvements are subjected to a second round of review. For comprehensive insights into the EDUNINE Peer Review process for both authors and reviewers, explore the link provided below. Authors can expect to receive notification of peer-review outcomes after the deadline.
Final Paper improvements before
For final acceptance of peer-reviewed accepted papers, EDUNINE Program Committee members conduct a second review, allowing conditional acceptance for minor or major improvements based on peer-review feedback. Authors are required to implement these improvements, prepare the PDF file for publication using PDFeXpress, and transfer copyright to IEEE. Multiple review instances are available to ensure standards are met and prevent rejection in IEEE Xplore. To utilize this assistance effectively, ensure final papers are submitted before the specified deadline, considering the significant time commitment each review entails. Learn more about this process clicking on the link below.

Submission is Key: Multiple review instances are at your disposal to ensure adherence to standards and mitigate the risk of rejection in IEEE Xplore. To make the most of this support, prioritize timely submission of your final papers before the specified deadline. Keep in mind the substantial time investment required for each review. Final notification
Following each submission of your final paper, you'll receive a summary via email detailing the review process conducted in line with the Final Paper Guidelines. This review will ensure compliance with quality standards for content, English, and format, as well as alignment of OpenConf information with the final paper, proper PDF generation through PDFeXpress, and successful completion of the copyright transfer. Prioritize the originality and plagiarism-free nature of your paper by utilizing a plagiarism checker. Once the copyright transfer is finalized and the paper clears all checks, it undergoes evaluation by IEEECrossCheck. Utilize the opportunity for multiple revisions, addressing any requested corrections before resubmitting your final paper by the deadline to prevent rejection. Ensure to review the requirements before each submission on this link.
