Special Registration Requirements

It is intended for invited speakers, conference staff, committee members, university authorities, sponsors, authors affiliated with the host campus and local staff where EDUNINE 2027 is being held, and other participants expressly authorized by the Organizing Committee.

Registration and Payment

Registrations are accepted only through the online registration forms. A registration is complete only after the registration form has been submitted, the payment has been received in full, and the payment has been successfully processed. The applicable fee is determined by the date on which both the registration form and the full payment are received, according to the registration deadlines.

Certificates will be issued for the corresponding conference activities, as specified in the conference program and activity descriptions.

After the peer-review notification, registration Forms will be available for the different payment methods. Each Form allows you to register as an Author Presenter, Doctoral Symposium (DS) Author Presenter, or Conference Participant, according to the selected registration type. During registration, you will:

• Complete the payment.
• Submit your payment information, including the payment receipt and payer details, to identify your payment.
• Select the appropriate registration type and provide the required information:
  • Conference Participants (non-authors/non-presenters): Personal and registration information.
  • Author Presenters (including DS Author Presenters): Presenter information, EasyChair ID(s) of the accepted paper(s), and any additional information required for publication in IEEE Xplore® and for scheduling the presentation(s) (e.g., presentation language and country/city of residence for online scheduling).
• Please select the appropriate registration category. EDUNINE offers discounted rates for IEEE Members and Students. The Author Presenter fee tables include only registration categories that support paper publication and presentation.
• Discounted Rates
  • IEEE Member: Enter your IEEE membership number during registration.
  • Student: Upload an official university document confirming your full-time student status during registration.

Payment Options: A separate Form is provided for each payment method:

• PayPal (Euros): Complete the registration and payment through the PayPal Form.
• Bank Transfer (Euros or U.S. Dollars): Complete the corresponding Form, which provides the bank account details, and upload the bank transfer receipt. Providing the receipt and payment details is mandatory to register the payment and identify it in the conference bank account.

The registration and payment process is automated and based on the information provided through the Forms. To ensure privacy and security, no administrative personnel are authorized to handle payments manually. They are only available to assist with filling out the forms or answering questions related to bank transfer requirements.

Terms and Policies

Registration Policies for All Attendees (in-person or virtual)

Each attendee must have a distinct registration. Registrations are not transferable.

No-show Policies

Each paper must be presented by an author of the paper at the conference. An accepted paper not presented by one of the authors will be removed from the final conference proceedings. No refund will be made to authors of these papers.

Cancellation Policies

All cancellation requests must be received in writing to edunine@copec.eu before the Regular Fee Deadline. No refund will be provided after this date. There will be an administrative fee of 200 € deducted from each cancellation.

Author registration is not refundable.

If payment is not received, registration will be automatically cancelled.
