We extend an invitation to all presenters, co-authors, registered or unregistered, participants and invited participants from Galileo University to take part in both the online and in-person workshop sessions on Sunday, March 10, 2024. We also encourage everyone to join our virtual social activities, such as online coffee breaks, to engage with our authors and participants in stimulating conversations.
Please note that the conference's technical sessions and plenary sessions are exclusively open to registered attendees, whether they are attending in person or online.
For in-person attendees, the online plenary sessions will take place in the university auditoriums on the respective session days to ensure the active participation of all attendees in the plenary presentations. Additionally, there is an Online Room (O-Room) equipped with computers for participating in online technical sessions and other activities.
For all attendees and presenters (in-person and online): Zoom session links will be emailed before the conference, organized by track.
We kindly request all workshop and plenary session participants, both in person and online, to leave a comment for the speaker. Please include your full name at the beginning of your post so that we can issue a special certificate of attendance for the session. Your comments, insights, or questions that were not addressed during the session will be collected and shared with the speaker as valuable feedback on their presentation.
