One of the highlights of this edition of our EDUNINE annual conference is the opportunity to socialize with colleagues and to be able to safely do this. We hope that by splitting the conference into multiple small events in different cities there will be less uncertainty and greater ability to travel to a nearby/more convenient in-person event location.
We want the conference to be inclusive. For those authors who wish to participate in person, we will provide several venues to improve accessibility, reduce travel distances and costs. For authors who for various reasons are unable to travel to a venue, we offer the opportunity to participate online in all conference activities. A muti-hub conference is the ideal combination for adapting each small event to the restrictions that might still be in place due to COVID-19 safety and health regulations. An intelligently distributed (hybrid) conference helps to reduce travel distances, costs, and the indoor gathering and, at the same time, increases the reach of the conference and the opportunities to participate in it.
We will choose the cities/countries of the former EDUNINE events in Latin America nearby or close to most of our authors and in Spain and Portugal for the authors of the other continents for better accessibility. We are committed to organizing strategically, doing what we can to adapt to the current situation and conditions at the moment of the conference, and taking advantage of these new ways of doing conferences.
We will monitor the public health guidelines as they evolve in the target cities and after the acceptance of paper notification date (see Important Dates) we will announce the final event locations in early 2022.
We will continue to update the information and notify all authors by e-mail. Use this page to stay informed about EDUNINE2022 news.
Please, we kindly ask all authors to ensure that their email addresses are able to receive messages from our systems (edunine@edunine.eu and edunine@copec.eu) by adding these addresses to their own email system contact list.
