For AUTHORS

For an accepted paper to be submitted to IEEE for publication in the IEEE Xplore® digital library (IEEE reserves the right to reject papers that do not meet their standards), the author must register and present the paper orally (online or in person) at the conference. This registration is per attendee and allows only one paper to be presented and published. For each additional paper an author wishes to present (and submit for publication), he/she must pay an additional fee of €100 or US$120. Accepted papers that are not presented will not be submitted to IEEE for publication in the IEEE Xplore® digital library .

Registration allows authors to participate online and/or in person in all conference activities (technical sessions, plenaries, and other special sessions, and workshops) and to receive the corresponding certificates of participation and paper presentation. This registration should be paid by the deadline (Author Registration) (see the Important Dates section of this conference website or the Important Dates table on this page). Use the appropriate form to do this (see Electronic Registration and Payment Google Forms at the bottom of this page).

Important Note: Exceptionally, authors may register for EDUNINE2022 with the delayed option FROM JANUARY 4 TO MARCH 2, 2022.


Important Dates

Complete all fields on the selected electronic Google Form and upload a copy of proof of payment (receipts) and other requested documentation to the EDUNINE Dropbox link in the form and submit the completed form. Confirmation of receipt of the form will be sent via email from Google Forms. You will only be notified if anything else is required.

Please pay for registration according to your category (membership).

Categories are:

  • IEEE EdSoc Member (Discounted fee for IEEE Education Society members): membership number must be provided to receive member rates.
  • IEEE Member (Discounted fee for members of other societies of IEEE): membership number must be provided to receive member rates.
  • Non-member of IEEE
  • Student IEEE Member (Discounted fee for student members of societies of IEEE): Students must upload a copy of a valid student ID or a letter from the university confirming full-time student status to the Google form at the time of registration. IEEE membership numbers must be provided to receive student IEEE member rates.
  • Student Non-member of IEEE: Students must upload a copy of a valid student ID or a letter from the university confirming full-time student status to the Google form at the time of registration.


For non AUTHORS (PARTICIPANTS)

Any person wishing to participate online and/or in person in all conference activities (technical sessions, plenaries, and other special sessions, and workshops) and to receive the corresponding certificates of attendance should register using the appropriate form found below. This fee can be paid within two different deadlines (Advanced or Delayed Registration ) using the appropriate electronic form (see Electronic Registration and Payment Google Forms at the bottom of this page).

Complete all fields on the selected electronic Google Form and upload a copy of proof of payment (receipts) and other requested documentation to the EDUNINE Dropbox link on the form and submit the completed form. Argentine residents (Authors and Participants) registration payment in monthly installments:

Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA) regulations limit access to the foreign exchange market for Argentine residents to a monthly quota of US$200 for savings and payments on cards for consumption abroad.

As long as Argentina's "strict" foreign exchange regulations remain in effect, installment payments will apply. Authors and participants can make payments for registration in 2 or 3 monthly installments (at no additional cost) via PayPal/bank transfer in the following ways (please check the dollar/euro ratio in Argentina).

Residents of Argentina Registration Options:

  1. Pay in 2 (two) monthly installments:
    • First installment by the advanced due date (December 27, 2021).
    • Second installment by February 11, 2021.
  2. Pay in 3 (three) monthly installments:
    • First installment by the advanced due date (December 27, 2021).
    • Second installment by February 11, 2021.
    • Third installment before the conference date.

Please request the Google Installment Payment Form by emailing edunine@edunine.eu. Include the number of installments (2 or 3), the first and last name of the author to be registered, and their category.



Technical Program Registration (EUROS)

Registration for the technical program for online and/or in-person attendance includes access to all technical and special sessions and activities, as well as certificates of attendance (electronic).

Refund Policy

Written requests for refunds must be received in the Registration Office (edunine@edunine.eu) no later than February 1, 2022. Refunds are subject to a 200 Euros processing fee. All no-show registrations will be billed in full.
