Registration Fees

For AUTHORS

For an author to present orally an accepted paper in the conference and to have it included in the IEEEXplore digital library, it will necessary to be registered. This registration is per participant and it allows to present and publish just one paper. For each additional work an author wants to present (and publish), he/she should pay an additional fee of 88 € or US$100. Accepted papers that are not presented will not be published in the IEEEXplore digital library.

This registration should be paid within the deadline (Author Registration) (see the Important Dates (for Authors) section in this page or in the conference site) using the adequate form available (see Electronic Registration Payments Forms (Google Forms) and Registration Options and Fees at the end of this page).

Note: Regular and On-site Registration options are only for non-author participants.

Complete all the fields of the chosen electronic Google Form and upload a copy of the proofs of the payments (receipts) and other requested documentation to the EDUNINE Dropbox link in the form and submit the completed form. A confirmation of the reception of the form will be send via e-mail by Google Forms. You will only be notified if anything else is needed.

Please, pay the registration according to your category or membership. Categories are:

• IEEE Member (Reduced fee for members of IEEE: Member numbers must be provided to receive members’ rates)
• IEEE Non-member
• Student (Students are required to show (send a copy) a valid student ID card or a letter from the university confirming full-time student status at the time of registration).

For Non-AUTHORS (PARTICIPANTS)

For each person who wishes to participate at the Congress and receive all the material should register using the adequate form available below. This fee could be paid within three different deadlines (Advanced or Regular or On-site Registration) using the adequate electronic form available (see Electronic Registration Payments Forms and Registration Options and Fees in this page)
