Fees and Registration
Registration fees are the same for in-person and online-only participation (authors and participants).
For AUTHORS
In order for an accepted paper to be submitted to IEEE for publication in the IEEE Xplore® digital library ( IEEE reserves the right to reject papers that do not meet standards), the author must register and present the paper orally (online or in person) at the conference. This registration is per author and allows only one paper to be presented and published. For each additional paper an author wishes to present (and submit for publication), the author must pay an additional publication fee for each additional paper. Accepted papers that are not presented will not be submitted to IEEE for publication in the IEEE Xplore® digital library.
Registration entitles authors to online and/or in-person participation in all conference activities: technical sessions, plenary sessions, panels, special sessions (hybrid coffee breaks and hybrid brunch meetings), and workshops, and to receive the appropriate certificates of attendance and paper presentation. This fee can be paid within three different deadlines: Early (reduced rate), Last Breakout, or Late (regular rate) registration (see the Important Dates section of this conference website or the Important Dates table on this page). Links to the appropriate registration forms for payment by credit card (PayPal) in Euros or bank transfer in Euros will be provided shortly.
Note (September 2022): EARLY registration applies only to authors with accepted papers from the REGULAR SUBMISSION and to non-author participants. LAST BREAKOUT PAPER registration and LATE registration apply to all authors and non-author participants..
If you are a member of IEEE, you can take advantage of reduced member registration fees.
Registration fees for members and non-members of IEEE:
- IEEE EdSoc Member (Discounted fee for IEEE Education Society members): the membership number must be provided to receive the member rates.
- IEEE Member (Discounted fee for members of other societies of IEEE): the membership number must be provided to receive the member rates.
- Non-member of IEEE
- Student IEEE Member (Discounted fee for student members of societies of IEEE): Students must upload a copy of a valid student ID or a letter from the university confirming full-time student status to the form when registering and include the IEEE membership number to receive the student IEEE member rate.
- Student Non-member of IEEE: Students must upload a copy of a valid student ID or a letter from the university confirming full-time student status to the form when registering.

Residents of Argentine may pay registration in monthly installments:
The Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA) regulations limit access to the foreign exchange market for Argentine residents to a monthly quota of US$200 for savings and payments on cards for consumption abroad.
As long as Argentina's "strict" foreign exchange regulations remain in effect, installment payments will be possible. Authors and participants can make payments for registration in 2 or 3 monthly installments (at no additional cost) via PayPal/bank transfer in the following ways:

- Pay in 2 (two) monthly installments:
- First installment by the early due date.
- Second installment by the last due date.
- Pay in 3 (three) monthly installments:
- First installment by the early due date.
- Second installment by February 11, 2023.
- Third installment by the last due date.
Note: If you are residing in Argentina and would like to pay in installments, please request the appropriate form by e-mail indicating the number of installments and your IEEE membership from the list of registration fees.
Registration and Payment in EUROS
Registration for the technical program for online and/or in-person attendance includes access to all technical and special sessions and activities, as well as certificates of attendance (electronic).

Refund Policy
Written requests for refunds must be received in the Registration Office (edunine@edunine.eu) no later than February 1, 2023. A processing fee of 200 euros will be charged for the refund. All no-show registrations will be charged in full.
